What are my payment options?
For Online banking, Over-The-Counter bank and Non-bank (Bayad Center, LBC branches, SM Payment Counters, Robinsons Department Stores (RDS), ECPay, Cebuana Lhuillier, M.Lhuillier, Globe GCash, BPI BanKO) payments, use Dragonpay.
For credit card payments, use Paypal.
How long will my order arrive?
For Metro Manila orders, it will take 2-3 business day upon confirmation of your payment. For Provincial orders, it will take between 3-7 business days depending on the location. Please don't forget to 'validate' your payment when paying thru Dragonpay.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a Tracking Number and a link once payment has been confirmed and your order processed.

I already paid but have not yet received my order. How do I know the status of my order?
If you paid via Dragonpay, please make sure to 'validate' your payment by following the instructions sent to you via email. Make sure you were able to input the bank code and other details to verify your payment.
If you were able to do this but have not yet received a confirmation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with all your details.
